• Build on and leverage our management team's proven history of trend identification, technological innovation, and intellectual property creation, while leveraging the strong investor networks, corporate partner and customer bases established in the creation and growth of Arbinet-thexchange and other companies developed, financed, and supported by our senior management team.
• Create a powerful intellectual property portfolio by identifying the major trends and bottlenecks emerging from the convergence of Internet and telecommunications networks, securing the IP for innovative solutions resulting from such changes, and commercializing our solutions to transform such limitations.
• Create a powerful network of disruptive service-based infrastructure companies where each entity will have significant value in addition to opportunities where we just license our intellectual property.
• Create a unique network of people and institutions at the core VFX LLC, subsidiary, and Advisory Board levels who will provide unique, immediate, and ongoing value in accelerating the development of our technology and business concepts to critical mass companies.
• Create a proprietary deal flow pipeline and unique pool of institutional capital from a syndicate of investors who will provide strategic business and financing value to our subsidiary companies and who will enjoy preferential rights through participation in VenturiFX to invest in our individual companies at traditional Series A, Series B, and Series C stage valuations.
